Each licence application kit contains all the information and forms you need to submit your application. Please make sure you follow the instructions in the pre-lodgement checklist before you lodge your application.

Note: From 1 May 2016, available payment of fees to the VCGLR at the time of application is via cheque, credit card and money order.

The Local Government Authority must notify the Victorian Commission for Gambling and Liquor Regulation (VCGLR) of its intention to make a submission to address the economic and social impact that the proposed gaming machines or premises may have on the local area.
The authority must complete and submit the Economic and social impact submission (PDF, 373KB) to the VCGLR within 60 days of receiving notice of an application or amendment request from the venue operator.
