Complaints relate to something that has happened which may have broken one or more of the gambling or liquor laws that we are able to investigate.
The VCGLR regulates organisations or entities that reside within the State of Victoria.
If your complaint is about an organisation or entity that resides in another state or territory, or you reside outside the state of Victoria you should direct your complaint to the relevant authority in that state or territory.

NOTE: Static betting advertising is prohibited from 150m of schools, on public transport infrastructure and on or above a public road, road infrastructure or road reserve. See Changes to the Gambling Regulation Act for venue operators for information on what is prohibited.
